The Colts player gets called for roughing the passer when he barely tapped Brady's helmet with the palm of his hand but 2 Patriots players rushing Luck (Colts QB) and falling on top of him do not get called for roughing the passer - when this year so far in only 4 weeks, roughing the passer calls have been made for less.

Damn, there was a lot of drops by the Indy receivers in that pats game.
Kc/Jax looks to be a good matchup this weekend. No need for a pick this weekend, since fucking Atl put me out last week, |

Since defenses pretty much suck around the league, I like betting the overs. 58 is a lot of points, but I think the Steelers & Falcons can pull it off. The Saints might be able to reach 52 on their own vs Redskins. Miami and Cincy should be good for more than 48 points. Vegas likes the under in Chargers vs Raiders but I see two defenses that can't stop people. 52 points is fairly high, but both teams can score. Vegas also likes the under for AZ vs SF, but only 40 points with those defenses? Still the Niners are chewed up on the O line and its too bad the Cardinals don't play the Bills this year. |

Don't go to sleep on the Eagles, Bears, Ravens, Saints and Patriots. Even the Panthers and Packers could jell down the stretch. It very much matters how you play in December and January, as long as you haven't been buried beforehand. After playing in Philly this weekend The Vikings play the Cardinals, Jets, Saints and Lions. They play the Patriots in Foxboro Dec 2, otherwise it is division rivals plus Seattle and Miami. They are not out of it. This will very much disgust some people, but the Patriots were projected to have the easiest schedule in the NFL this year prior to the season. Poor guys have to play two games apiece with the Bills, Jets, and Dolphins. |

No mention of the Titans or Jags who I believe will throw the proverbial spanner in the works. Titans should beat the Bills, while the Jags could catch the Chiefs on the hop.

A columnist in today's U-T came up with a suggestion for the Raiders - next year they should play their home games at San Diego's Stadium (I still think of it as 'Jack Murphy', can't get used to changes because of who pays for it.) That would give fans down here to boo the Spanos family one more time. After all, today's "home" game for the team that used to play in San Diego knows that more Raider fans will be there at their soccer stadium...

Miami lost.
They squandered a 17-0 lead and let Cincinnati score 27 unanswered points to win the game. I can't believe the ending of the Carolina vs New York Giants game. With only 6 seconds left, the Panthers kicker kicked a 63 yards winning FG and his career longest was 54 yards! WOW! |
