Rudi Davies

I recall reading an article on Grange Hill in the Radio Times some while ago which contained a "where are they now" section. I'm pretty sure there was a bit on Rudi which said that she'd married another actor (I think it might have been Mick Ford) and had given up acting to look after their children. I've just done a search to try to verify this but have drawn a blank so some (or all

) of it may not be true.

Don't know how old the web page was that I saw this on, but apparently she is/was due to appear in a play - with her husband Mick Ford and her mother, Beryl Bainbridge - called 'Thirst', a supernatural horror destined for the West End. So she hasn't retired completely by the looks.....

A web search has revealed that the page you found is the only one that mentions this play so I think it's safe to say that it hasn't been staged yet. Presumably with the children grown up (or at least older) she now feels able to resume her career. I'm chuffed to find that I got Mick Ford right!

It is not my upload, but if you read the post you will see it is a VHS rip.

To my knowlege this has never seen the light of day since it was shown. I hunted the internet for years looking for some clips, this is the only place I have seen it. Some other scenes were put on YouTube at one time.
