This all solves a big question I've had since the mid eighties. Marianne Owens was a contestant in the Knave Beautiful Beginners contest in 1985, with a memorable set featuring a red corset, stockings and high heels. I thought at the time she was stunning and couldn't believe she hadn't done anything else. More recently, while compiling my Knave Files site, I discovered she was also in another issue in the same year, so two sets. It was only when researching for Creamcheese Connections that I stumbled on this thread, with one single pic from the red corset set posted by Rogers above. Emma was also a big favourite of mine, but I never joined the two up - who knows why!!

Anyway, here is her first ever set from Knave 17/5. Another coup for this competition, which also discovered Gail Thackray and Sarah Mealing. Enjoy.
