Yeah. Here's one more cap:

Now, at normal zoom one can't see anything but at about 200% zoom, in amongst all the blurriness, I think there's just a little sign of the mole that corresponds to above Bianca Trump's right wrist. In the vid. cap there's a shadow from the bottle in her right hand, and at the bottom of that, poking out slightly to our left, I think is the spot. /shrug/ It's I think the only "chance" of seeing it in the short vid. segment.
