She is Tina Antman(aka Tina @ ATK/KPC , Sheeba @ DD, etc). The pic is from a photobook called "Americans 1.0"(Los Angeles 1994) from photographer Akira Gomi. The photoshoot was published in several mediums(book, digital, etc) and eventually made its way to the internet in the late 1990s. Here is Tina's datasheet:

Thank you very much (and a cigar) to miri! Let me see if I can get this right: In my earlier long post, the fragments that do not belong there because they're Martha Brody rather than Tina Antman are:

1. ghyg file names
2. katzen ka083 and ka095
3. Xanlithe scans of Martha only (the Xanlithe Molly scans stay; those are Tina)
4. anonymous scans of a Martha layout from Men's World

Please correct me if that's wrong.
