If you could give your younger self one piece of advice what would it be ?

Think all of us have regrets , either over missed chances or the ones we took when we really shouldn`t have. So how great would it be to go back in time ,visit yourself and impart a few sentences of priceless wisdom ?.I`d tell myself that they`ll be a Frankie Dettori seven race accumulator in September 96 at Ascot and that i MUST put everything on it .

Then again knowing me i`d probably just tell him that by the time he's my age he`ll be married with three kids , as hah that`d really mess with my own head

But what would you tell yourself ?

How young is the younger self? If its early enough my advice would be "kill them all".

That decision is left up to you as i thought that`d be best ,rather than have a set age such as 10 or so .Because all i wanted to do at that age is watch the A-team and collect cut outs of page three girls, the last thing i`d have been open to is some handy advice from myself.
