I have purposely excluded stars who fit into one of the following categories:

did gain a certain amount of notoriety, but just for some reason fell short of "mega-star" status, just as Sydnee Steele.
did do a ton of movies and had a long career, but just isn't remembered like a Christy Canyon (an example would be Sharon Mitchell).

I have also included them in order, starting with my favorite:

Keisha: did do a ton of movies, and had a long career, but seemed to escape notoriety; one of most beautiful women in porn history, with a perfect body to match
Melissa Hill: too brief a career in the 90's, appeared to be close to contract status with Vivid, but changed her hair color, inexplicably, did few movies after that, still famous for her small breasts
Johnni Black: very athletic body, brought in from the military; very versatile and up for anything
Holly Hollywood: for her brief career in the early 2000's, she seemed to be everywhere, a gorgeous girl, with perfect tiny, perky breasts, ready for superstardom...then gone in the '04-'05 industry collapse
