1. Paskha - Russian curd cheese for Easter 2. Cadbury's Creme Egg - Ever diminshing sickly seasonal sweetmeat 3. eggnog.. with bourbon, of course. 4. Simnel cake 5. Hot Cross Buns 6. Spring Lamb (preferably Welsh Gower Salt Marsh) 7. Colomba and Chocolate Easter Egg, both Italian desserts, with Fior d'Arancio wine 8. Easter Biscuits 9. Ris a la mande 10.
