I sleep pretty well,Staying awake is sometimes more of a problem,I do find Myself awakening in the wee small hours for a small wee fairly regularly..

i work on nights shifts and on days shifts sometimes,then i always had many problems to sleep well
but then was recommended to me start to work out at a gym,cause then i would improve my body resistance and tire my body in order to sleep better when i would go sleep
and i am doing it since then and it is working a lot with me

I usually fall asleep within two minutes after my head touches the pillow,but a few hours later I would wake full of trapped wind.
For years I tried various remedies,Gaviscon ant-acids etc and even those that worked took at least 20 minutes to be effective.
Thankfully I now use a remedy which not only works but works extremely quickly.I put half a small glass of wine on my bedside table and if I wake in the night I take a couple of sips,and as soon as the wine reaches the stomach it releases the wind.
For some reason I find white works better than red.

I sleep in the nude and have been for the last 30 years or more. Dog is sleeping at the foot of the bed, cat is sleeping on the bed near me. I may be on either side, sleeping on a mattress that I hope to replace in the next week.
