Daily Sport is no more!

Has anybody heard the news that both the Daily and Sunday Sport have ceased publication? I'm sure for quite a few of us it was the worshipping place for our favourite models as well as giving us some fond memories. I have quite a few Daily and Sunday Sports in my prized collection.

Unbelievable! Since 1986 when he created the Sunday Sport it has fuelled many a young lad's fancy and then 1991 when the Daily Sport was launched it was a bit of a joke but fact Sullivan managed to keep it going for this long is testament to his entrepreneurial skills but he was still a bit of a wide boy, but managed to marry Emma Benton-Hughes known better to us as Eve Vorley. I wonder though how many people will miss it-they tried going up market and I don't think it worked-the days of editor Tony Kinsey were probably the best days.

Since it has been reported on every news outlet I doubt it's a joke. I asked my newsagent this morning who didn't seem to have a clue, only nothing that the Sunday Sport wasn't delivered this morning.
