This Sue Williams/Sue Hamilton must not to be confused with Karen Sue Hamilton WHO indeed committed suicide in 1969, and was a little time model also.

In fact there were two girls with aprox same age and similar names, and one of them commited suicide. The girls were these:
-Sue Williams/Sue Hamilton. Playmate, model and actress, born in May 13, 1945 and a height of 4' 11" (1,5 m). Link:
