Hi, sometimes people post links to other posts within the forum. When I try to access some of them (such as this one), I get this message:

EdHitchens, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I see that some people have this problem when trying to post a new message (due to not yet receiving 150 thanks), but I'm just trying to visit a link that someone else posted. Thanks!

Thats because the link leads to a post of a member who got banned.

Can you link to the post were you found that link?
Or you can push the report button in that post were the link is.

You need the activation email, sometimes it happens that your mail see the mail as spam. Did you check your spamfolder?

For some weird reason your account was set to "Awaiting e-mail confirmation", I have changed it back so you should be good to go, get back to me if you have any other trouble.
