Uterine prolapses, from what I've read, are almost always the result of pregnancy, not any kind of wildly vigorous sex. And they are usually dealt with by hysterectomies or by surgically reattaching the top of the uterus to an organ above it -- I forget which.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the American porn actress Ty in this thread. It really disturbs (and annoys me) to see what kind of sick sh*t other people get off on. It's not just the violence, it's the kinds of women. I totally agree that vintage porn is far superior. The women are just so much sexier for one thing. It is difficult to understand at times, why hard anal, or rough sex seems to be the genre these days. But as I see it, if you look at a lot of the eastern europeans, some of them are natural beauties. I agree with you about the modern tendency to humiliate women in porn.

The one and only "responsible" for bringing anal prolapse in porn is for sure Mila Shegol (or Misha, or Mila Shegal, or "the queen of nasty" as in the title of her own mini-series). And she's been active mostly in late 80's to early or late 90's: isn't this period fully in the spirit of this forum?
