Some cosmetic surgeons do outstanding work so that it is very difficult or impossible to tell by looking, depending on the material used (saline; silicone; whatever), the technique used (implant; overfilled implant), and the skill of the surgeon.

I have only been intimate with three women who had implants, but all were noticeable and none enhanced the experience. I'm strongly in favor of naturals.
