Had lamb mince (Five percent fat) gravy dinner with veggies Sunday evening ,



Lean beefy Balti and an (Almost ) normal sized amount of non-buttered () rice yesterday ,



Then this for brunch today



Alright granted it doesn't compare to what our own Streeter is having to suffer and eat

But I've massively cut back on my own nosh intake , in V.E.F`er solidarity

That ain't vegetable lasagna Nope, it's pure dead cow meat lasagna

It's actually take away from the local pizza place, was too hot an evening to cook plus she was feeling a bit run down and bought a huge lasagna on way home from work ...... Tastes OK , above average but being the first red meat I've had since about November 12 ...... It tastes like Pizza, Burger, Bacon N' Eggs and Salami Salad all rolled into one


Won't last long though back to bad bad evil health crap tomorrow

That`s right it was rice noodles , with a beef stock cube some peas and cheese.

Well if I didn't have enough time to sign in home here , don't expect me to have the energy to make a dinner worthy of the name

Was ok though.

Lunch was a darn (Sorry for swearing ) sight tastier, and shock horror from the evil Co-Op



Oh and if you think that`s a given since who could mess up a sandwich ,
