I have a couple of friends who are politicians, nice guys and handy to know when you want something sorted out. An OAP I know was waiting for months for the council to install new central heating, I had a word and it was sorted in a week.

I know one being a lawyer and politician, that`s a very common combination ...

(he`s not a big name just a "Local Hero")

and all I can say after almost 10 years of friendly relationship (not really friends but close) is:

do not incorporate a company with such a guy...

you`re lost from the beginning...

but you realize not `till the bitter end...

but at least he got "caught in the act" by his (now) ex-wife and this will make him poor like me:

As for a political man-crush, it would be Ron Paul or Gary Johnson.

interesting question, i dont really know any other than my local mp he's not a friend and is as much help as a chocolate fireguard, mind you so are most of my friends!!!

It would be interesting to find out if the professional dishonesty, deceit and disregard seeps through into their social character!
