You can't actually blame the BBC for that one. It was an ITV (LWT) series.

And in actual fact she is in episode 1 which is the one and only episode of the series which DOES still exist. The other five episodes are missing.

There was no nudity in episode 1 and they did have opportunities to show something had they wanted to (e.g. Anouska Hempel was in a bath but stayed fully clothed).

The costume she wears isn't as revealing looking as the publicity photo posted earlier (Page 1, post #6). In the episode the stringy material is undersuited with a yellow garment.
