I was a subscriber all through the period of PB finally showing a PMOM's pubic hair, and this is the first published shot where you can actually see some, through the foliage. Linda Forsythe, Feb. 1970. As to the Paula Kelly set from Aug. 1969, yes there was a serious uproar for exactly the reasons expressed in mangoman's post.

Pre 1971 Playboy pubes
I like this thread. Pre 1971 playboy pubes seem to be a bit of a mystery. After some research I was able to find some pre 1971 pictures that show pubes. This probably were not actually printed in the magazine. Enjoy and lets try to keep this thread alive!
