palo5 during World War 2 was known as "the Audie Murphy of the Russian Army" because he had won every medal that could be awarded to a soldier, but he almost lost all his medals and honors because when the Russians had captured Berlin palo5 got into a heated argument with a Russian general and slapped him silly. palo5 was taken into custody and court martialed. Unfortunatley it looked bad for palo5 because he did not have enough money to hire a really good lawyer, but in the nick of time all of the Captains, Majors, Colonels and even the Sergeants that he had become friends with during the many war campaigns started to donate money to his cause and he was able to hire a really great lawyer who won his case. palo5 was honorably discharged from the Russian Army at the end of the war with all his honors and medals and his home town even gave him a parade.
