These photos appear to be from a set that ran in Juggs July 1992. Juggs is an exemplar of titles which use unreliable model names. While most titles with unreliable model names did a fair job of using consistent aliases for models, Juggs apparently made up names on the fly. with some models getting different names in each of several appearances.

Gail I do not recognize but given the title, I'd consider it an unreliable name.

In vintage newsstand (as opposed to glossy) magazines, model first names are often but not always real first names, while last names if any are usually fake. (e.g. Cassandra Lane in Modern Man May 1975)

Video this set was from is Wild Bill's Udder Valley Ranch 3, where white girl is credited as Winona - unfortunately the other girl isn't named!

That is right, I have seen the other girl as Winona in other videos/sets. Very good memory PP! I still would love to know the name of this girl. I fear she is lost to history as a one off. She reminds me of Borbala's younger/more voluptuous sister. Very fetching.
