The only real problem is getting a bodyshot to match the headshot before you start faking. The angles of lighting, the brightness/contrast, shade of skin, overall colour bias, the angle of the head/face compared to the angle of the head/face on the bodyshot etc.

Some of this stuff (brightness/contrast/skin colour/overall colour bias) can be worked on to make the headshot and bodyshot close enough to be almost un-noticeable, but the angles have to be a closer match as rotating either causes them to become less "sharp".

Assuming all that is close enough, you would then "clone" the part that you wanted to add (in this case boobs from bodyshot to the body of the headshot) onto the other shot and then mess about blending them together by carefully cloning the very edges of one onto the other using a very "transparent" setting so that the seems to be no difference in colour/tone etc. between the two.

This is basically what I did when I had a photo of Nikki Sanderson that I liked but I preferred her face from another shot.

Emma being relatively classic, rather modest and without any extravagance known to date in public, I doubt that this topless is a real image but rather a fake. The middle of her bare neckline lets me think so due to excessive pixelation. Quick work without great talent.

But I could also be wrong! :P

If I remember correctly, it came out in the VOICI magazine (French trash tabloid).

This tabloid does not care about the minimalist fines that go into profit and loss knowing that the sale gives more profits. This on the condition that a complaint is filed, of course. Most of the time, the VIPs give up because it is not worth it and sometimes even boost their notoriety of the moment to make people talk about them.

No, this is a faked pic. We know from past pics and video that she has very light areola. That's a fact.
