She's only a trainee. But it was took me a while to explain enema. Maybe comrade Palo can tell me the commie for enema. I had four enemas I refused anymore. My consultant wanted me to open my bowels 10 times a day They want me to take a laxative at bedtime I refused. When asked why, I said, because I want to sleep not go to the effing toliet all night

Joking aside I found a reference in an old medical book describing the use of s 'dysentery cot'. More like a stretcher on legs with a perfectly round hole about fiften inches wide half way up. A bucket was placed beneath the hole as patients shat before they formulated the idea they might be about to shit themselves. ps. if you find toilet paper too much of a chore try some fairy liquid on some rough emery paper |

We all age whether we like it or not. When we were young we thought we were invincible. When we looked at our parents who might have been in their thirties at that time, we thought, " I'll never get that old", but we do. Some people keep a full head of hair until their eighties, while others lose all of it before they are 25 years old. For myself I was fairly normal when I was young except for the fact that I had to wear braces on my teeth from age 5 to 18. I had big teeth and to small a mouth, so 4 of my adult teeth had to be pulled out to make room for the others to be pushed back. I also had very bad allergies to Ragweed, Dust Mites, Mold Spores and Cat Dander. Now at 65 I am no longer allergic to Dust Mites and my other allergies have weakened. I have wavy dark brown hair. I noticed at age thirty-five that not only was my hair thinning, but it was going gray. I also noticed that the hair on my legs was disappearing. Now at age 65 I still have about 80% of my hair and only about 35% of it has turned gray. I also have a curved back ( scoliosis ), which means I often have low back pain. At age 45 I noticed that when I would first get out of bed in the morning I seemed to be stiff all over. That hasn't gotten too much worse now. I had good vision most of my life until age 40, when I needed to get Bifocals for reading. Now I have two pairs of glasses. One has the Bifocals for reading, and the upper part of the glasses is for seeing distant objects. Another pair of glasses is needed for watching t.v.
Between 1993-2007 I became very interested in hiking. I hiked 223 trails in 11 Northeastern Illinois Counties over this period. Now though I can't do any hiking because of various foot problems which can't be completely corrected. The most I can walk now is 2 miles per day. So as you see I have aged and I have typical age problems which many people will get as they too age. Luckily I have generally good health. I get few "colds", eat right, and get enough exercise. Since my Mom is still alive and 94 years old, I, with luck will at least get to my eighties. |

When I was young I used to wake up with a hard on like a metal bar , I could have used it to break rocks - but now I've reached 65 and these days it's my knees that are stiff in the morning rather than my cock

I handle aging by waking up each morning. So far so good.
