Well, maybe I'm going blind (), but I agree with J-Sth. At the very least, Pippa's look they've been made by a completely different prosthetics team (which seems unlikely) as the look is quite different - colouring, shape, "texture" (for want of a better word) all look different. I'd say "more natural" too.

Looked at another way, Tracey is the star of the show and has to be in the sketch - if she's uncomfortable with the nudity then she gets the special effects treatment. But for the other participant, it would have been much easier to just find someone comfortable with the nudity.

Respect to Pippa if it does turn out she was the only one showing true dedication to her art! She looks great too.

-Also, more conjecturally, in the preceding scene Pippa makes reference to running and sports bras. I think this could be a device to explain why Pippa has hers out but Tracey doesn't, another riff on her return from the US.

I think this is the real deal and something of a holy grail for me...

Bottom picture above her thumb you can see where it rucks up as she twists her body & take a closer look at her naval. It is a better prosthetic than Traceys' but still a prosthetic. Plus when she moves he "breasts" remain perfectly still. They do not "swing" which they would for a woman of her age.
