I'm currently watching an episode of Blue Bloods.

Instead of asking me how I handle the ageing process, I wonder how does Tom Selleck handle it?

That is an old man he's playing on that show, a long way past peak Magnum PI.

He would have to have moments of lamenting in his life.

I accept it. I do what I can to accommodate. I work with it. I research the stuff I can use to stave off and fix. I accept the things I cannot and change my behavior to make it work. I only focus on solutions. And bitch for catharsis.

I don`t see a problem with getting older as long as i stay healthy

Had a photoshoot for a new ID recently, and saw that it not me! Just goes to show how the image we have of ourselves is changing. Be well
