Bad result for Daggers,
Picture 2 is in the Imps Supporters lounge, Happy looking bunch???!!! Picture 9 is the travelling Daggers injured players, middle one is Martin Ling's son. Oh and by the way it was further than I thought!!!! Oh! and by the way: spot the cathedral!!! It is one of the most beautiful in Britain in my opinion |

@ mitch...
Yes, their Cathedral is good....well, bloomin massive, especially considering the catchment area when it was built and also nowadays. Went round it when G Taylor was the Imps manager, I can't remember if it was Blues or a non-league side we sometimes followed, but it was a cup match, and as per, when we make our own way, we "do" the Cathedrals/Churches and Galleries. Ely is another favourite of ours, but I think we must have been lost that day ~ no footie |

Been to both but with dearly beloved and no footie either time.
Only visit to Sincil Bank was 79/80 if memory serves went with two friends from work, one of whom was a Millwall fan and they were playing Lincoln. Just kept my head down. |

Dangerous Friend Vic.... Been there as well.
Pre-Seating, the Holte Terrace at Villa Park was pretty huge, like the North at the Gooners, but it went back further. I worked with a lobotomised villa fan, and we had, with both a Cov an Baggie fan, a loose arrangement that each would get the tickets when 'our' matches came around. Villa were always cheapest...but there you go Lobotomy Stan had one weekend, when we were at Carlisle I think, somewhere foreign, and two spares for VP which was out-of-synch, so I took one for a laugh and he gave the other to a guy called 'Martin', who was your usual 'spout-off' on footie in the rest room/dinner/pub. He'd seen Shrewsbury once I believe. I was concentrating on not cheering when the opposition went ahead, being in the middle of the zombies in the Holte...Stan Lobotomy was stamping his feet when 'Martin' started yelling how cr@p villa were...then he started on every mis-kick, lost cross etc etc as if he was at home watching MotD. The last thing I heard as I eased and struggled away was him yelling about the parentage of every numbered villa player...he knew none of them... He was at grown-up match for his first time. Both of us were unscathed at 8.00 am the next morning at work, Lobotomy came in on duty on Monday night with cuts on his cheek. Months later, I was stepping out the lift with both of them, when lobotomy thumped 'Martin' to the floor and walked away. I was their Rep and feared the worst ... thankfully neither did nor said anything. I 'ran away' again. Long ramble, about the dangers of going to matches with non-friends. |

The London Okey Cokey back on as its Wenger in & Bilic out. bilic is probably on borrowed time, might go in the morning or after Swansea at the weekend should we lose this must win game. Defeat and we might well join Sunderland & Boro in the Championship next season.
Some media outlets and the usual rumour mill suggest we have agreed terms and a fee with Zabaleta & City. We have also been linked to some deadwood, injury prone oldies and a couple of big names in Rooney & Wilshere, I doubt we could afford to pay either. |

Dear oh dear oh dear! Not again! How is it that Liverpool play so well and brilliantly against the top teams and yet when at home they cannot seem to beat the other teams(i.e. the middle to bottom ones) and I hope to god we've not lost another player to injury - it is bad enough that Mané is out for the remainder of the season, Danny Ings still injured, Jordan Henderson still injured but to lose Coutinho would be absolutely devastating to Liverpool and completely blow their chance of getting back into the Champions League. Stoke City next, perhaps a bit more luck in this game?

I want Swansea to be relegated because one of their players was wearing gloves. In April. What's happening to the world?
