I found an old post in the trash where it was concluded that her sets for Office Fantasy (at least eleven) were her only known work. An ID of Jana Cova was suggested but dismissed. I believe that the Office Fantasy site is now defunct but the same owner has two other sites, Office Fantasy 2 and OfficeErotic however, I couldn't find Audrey listed on either. Two of her sets have been posted in the Hot Office Secretaries thread by deelan here and here. I have downloaded some preview pics of some of her other sets including the OP one linked to by effie above. Clicking on each image should bring up the galleries.

I'll mark this as provisionally solved until such time as a better ID surfaces.
