Your side by side does show similarities, but after looking through Gina's thread, I see some differences.
Gina's belly button looks unique to me, and Fiona's BB seems to be a normal innie.
Gina's nipples also look unique to me, and noticeably bigger around than Fiona's.
Gina seems to have brown eyes. Fiona's look green to me.
I also don't think the noses match.

There's a few other minor things, but that's enough to make me think they aren't the same girl.

They called her Fiona, so there's 2 different mags calling her Fiona now.
At least they agree on the first name.
