Insecurity and Microsoft
I am aghast after reading what the DSI of the French ministry of the Armies, in charge of security, told a journalist.
His ministry contracted with Microsoft for 4 years. He told the journalist that he is not afraid of backdoors. I can only regret they chose an idiot to manage the security of an important ministry. Security is a serious business. |

Windows 10 upgrades more and more problematic
This morning, when starting my computer I had to wait some time before being able to work because of a new upgrade.
Yet I had chosen to have the upgrade to-morrow. That was useless. And of course the printer's parameters were changed. Sometimes I think the upgrades by Microsoft are prepared by students working at Microsoft's. |

Windows 10 problems
Microsoft has just admitted there are performance problems with Windows 10
when playing videos games. They are not the only problems. The parameters are constantly changing, now it is the printer's parameters that need reviewing. |

A new menace
The American company Armis Labs revealed a new attack vector endangering major mobile, desktop, and IoT operating systems, including Android, iOs, Windows, and Linux, and the devices using them.
The new vector is dubbed "BlueBorne" and attacks devices via Bluetooth. It allows attackers to take control of devices, access corporate data and networks. The targeted user is not required to authorize or authenticate the connection to the attacker's device. The attackers can target users of Windows, Linux, Android and iOS. This vulnerability is very serious. |

Bill Gates does not use a Windows phone
According to an interview given to journalist Steve Wallace of Fox News Bill Gates does not use a Windows Phone.
He prefers the Android system. What a shame for Microsoft' CEO ! |

Running Win10 on my laptop..... Loads of bugs & annoying pop-ups from MS
Running Win8.1 on my PC..... No issues other than the usual image site bugs... Make your choice.... But I reckon I'm putting the laptop back to 8.1 soon.
