I think you're referring to a documentary that was shown about ten years ago. The guy in question was Max Hardcore who is now apparently serving a long jail sentence having been convicted on obscenity charges. There was quite a disturbing sequence where the girl was filming a scene with Max H. The documentary team were not allowed into the room where it was being filmed but did film her running out of the room sobbing and extremely distraught. Apparently Max had nearly choked her during a gagging scene that she did not want to do. Max and his henchmen then tried persuade and cajole her into continuing and it was only with the support of the documentary crew that she found the courage to refuse. I remember thinking at the time that Max was one of the most repulsive people I'd ever come across.
As I recall, the woman didn't find much work and returned to the UK to her previous job as a barmaid wiser but no richer.

It was made for tv by Channel Four productions and Maison de la Culture du Havre in 1988.
It seemed to be some kind of feminist, episodic dance thing, with bags of nudity.
At the time I missed half of it. I'd love to see it again.

Just noticed your "Missing" list has Christine Stephen-Daly. I think the best your likely to find is Bra & Pants on Casualty which is a shame because she has no problem doing nudity. I saw her in a production of "The Blue Room" in 2005 at the Ustinov Studio in the Theatre Royal Bath and she appeared completely naked. Excellent actress, she was so hot she sizzled and made Tracy Shaw in the same role look like a talentless ex soap star.......you don't need big tits when you've got talent.
