I like the segment in vault of horror where you get two of the young doctors from that doctor at large show who go graverobbing with Arthur mullard .
Proper black humour it is and worth watching if you've not seen it.

Dr Terror got a brief rerun on the Horror Channel in the UK recently; what struck me was how young Christopher Lee looked. I think the one segment that impressed me most - because of its simple effectiveness- was the one with the sentient, murderous plant. A rare acting performance from Alan ('Hi there, pop pickers) Freeman; Jeremy Kemp done in early and Bernard Lee almost saves the day. Almost.
Sadly, made a bit early for the classic women hanging out of their dresses, such as Ingrid Pitt and Caroline Munro and Yutte Stensgard, but a good chiller of a movie.

The scene in Vault of Horror where the guy's hands get chopped off in the paper guillotine still gives me the creeps.

Fans of this type of movie might like to know Psychomania is being given the bells and whistles treatment on blu ray .
Also stars Anne Michelle sister of Vicky although she doesn't get her kit off in this one ???
That must have been a strange casting call for them in the early 70s ...
