My feeble memory is jogged. The scene was in a car parked near a pond in some woods. JP was topless, but the car was then taken over by something spooky which caused it to lock the doors & head towards the pond. It was a short film shown before the main feature at a local cinema Unfortunately, I can't remember the title

The only reference I can find to Julie Peasgood giving us a flash is in ‘September Song’ (ITV/1993). It would be nice to see this clip if anyone has it but let’s not expect too much skin on display! From ‘topless review’ site:

Yes indeed, Tom Baker got his todger out in Pier Paulo Pasolini’s 1972 movie ‘Canterbury Tales’. Just to clarify, ‘Succubus’ was the title of one episode from the HTV series ‘Night Voices’ shown in that year. It was a ghost story, I remember watching it when it was TX’d as I’m in the HTV region and she was topless and FF. Sadly I did not put it onto VHS.
