Thanks to Chris Chunt for this
http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/sho...4&postcount=18 Watching series 1 & 2 of Inside No. 9 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2674806/ An excellent comedy series written by Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith each series contains six separate tales with a pretty dark twist, with excellent cast choices throughout. Sad I missed this first time round, just ordered series 3 now as well

It's one of my favourite tv series ever and, as I've already posted, I have it on boxset.
The Nowhere Man. An early starring role for Bruce Greenwood. I've just found that the entire series has been uploaded to pootoob. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W64ZMyaJsmE

Lou Grant
Lou Grant - The Final Season has finally arrived!
Ordered it on the 18th from amazon-US and it arrived here in Germany today. Without paying expedite shipping! I am going to binge watch this next weekend! One of my favorite shows from when I was a child, even if I was too young to really understand what was going on. Last edited by halvar; March 22nd, 2018 at 06:39 PM.. Reason: typo |

Büro Büro (German TV series from the 80s)
Another one of my favorites I am currently rewatching: "Büro Büro" (Office Office).
Basically "The Office" set in Germany at the beginning of the 80s. Hierarchies were as important as the lunchbreak at exactly 12 o'clock. Starring Iris Berben in the first episode and Elfi Eschke for the whole series. Elfi does not have a thread here, I will try to find enough material to start a thread. She made some topless appearances in a few movies. Last edited by halvar; March 29th, 2018 at 01:13 PM.. |

I should have mentioned Turtle's Progress, which I plan to re-watch soon. Series 1 of Utopia which is second only to Our Friends in the North for British drama in the last 30 years and, how did I forget, Game of Thrones.

Talking on great British dramas, just finished this box set
The Glittering Prizes (1976) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0073999/ A series of 6 connected plays following a group of Cambridge University students from the 1950's to the mid 1970's, brilliantly acted although I have just one reservation about the constant use of jokey foreign accents seemed funnier at the time but is now quite dated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWUWK3f-CHw

Best gift box set I got was 'Goodnight Sweetheart'. Great ending. Worst was 'The Wild Wild West' with Robert Conrad and Ross Martin...although Michael Dunn was great as the continually frustrated villain Dr Loveless.
