...used to taste like real milk chocolate, with quality foil wrappers... bought some from the Cadbury's shop at 'Cadbury's World' no less, and they tasted more synthetic and cheapish plasticy wrappers

And then Kraft (now Mondelez International) bought them after which changes have been made to the ingredient mix. I don't buy Cadbury products any more because of it.

If you search "Cadbury Chocolate Flavour Change" there are pages of links about it.

And introducing palm oil into the mix wasn't the worst of it.....still here in NZ Cadbury's loss was Whittaker's (long established NZ chocolatier) gain...
