70's blouses and skirts
Well, I'm not sure I'd like my girlfriend to wear such clothes in the everyday life, but... IMO the 70s female fashion, though aesthetically dubious, was absolutely exciting. Especially skirts and blouses
Two examples: Am I the only one? Does anyone have (and cherish) pictures of ladies dressed like this? I'd be more than interested Thanks! Last edited by forgan; July 27th, 2013 at 11:11 PM.. |

No forgan - you are by no means the only one.
I too love those fashions. And as for them being "aesthetically dubious" - well, all I can say is that apart from the preponderance of those horrible 'American Tan' tights that a lot of women wore back in the '70s (and believe me, seeing several pairs of those monsters flapping on your mum's washing line was enough to make you reel back in sheer horror), I'll take 1970s styles over the trouser-based, functional 'unisex' clothes that seem to be de rigeur for most women today (especially younger women in their 20s). I especially hate those low-cut jeans that have been fashionable for some time now - you know the ones: they sit on the hips and make the wearer's arse look flat and rectangular (I recently railed about this in another thread here). Most horribly though (just when I was beginning to think that things couldn't get any worse), the current fashion seems to be for shorts (yes - shorts!!) worn with those horrendous opaque tights and flat shoes. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT ALL ABOUT??!! The problem here is exacerbated by the fact that many of these slaves to fashion don't even have the legs to carry it off: They simply blindly wear what the fashion industry dictates to them is "in this season" - never mind that they have thighs like sides of ham or shapeless legs or knees like nobbly old oaks (or indeed various combinations of the above in some cases). My personal favourite era for female fashions is the 1950s. I wasn't around back then, but when I look at old photos and see old film footage and movies from that time, I almost wish I had been: Women **really were women** in those days. They were proud of their femininity and took great pride in their appearance. Unlike today, when most of them seem to be doing their damndest to look (and often act) like blokes. The '80s were pretty good too: All those smart, tailored skirt-suits worn with proper stockings and sexy heels. That lasted through to about the early '90s - after which it all started to go downhill fast.

Oh and forgan - if you have any more pics of the two lovely fillies above, they'd be most gratefully received!
Thanks again.

Thanks for starting this thread, I've been thinking about it ever since....
Ya know, I think it's the nostalgia of it. This is what hot grown women looked like, and dressed like, when I was 5 years old and started to notice hot grown women. Then, you add the provacative "unbuttoning" of the blouse exposing the lace of the bra, and/or the "pull back" of the slit in the skirt exposing the previously unexposed leg cladded with previously unexposed lingerie ie garters, etc. If you're my age (41), it kinda grabs ya right where you live, sexually.....because that's where you lived for 10 years or so as a kid when you were first exposed to the idea of sex, and females to have it with. I heard it said one time that there's no "sport" in fucking a woman who just ripped off every shred of her clothing and said "fuck me, now". What da hell am I saying, of course there's a certain amount of sport in that. But what I'm really saying is that there's more "sport" in the entire seduction process. I said it before.....I like half-dressed better than undressed. I like a conquest that begins with a hot woman decorated to the nines, and ends with orgasm, and everything in between. These 70's women, and the way they were dressed just evoke cerebral (not to mention genital) activity regarding that process....that process that is seduction....that process that is seduction leading to sex. Sex/Seduction. Either of the two are less fulfilling without the other. |

Kiwi: yes, these pics seem quite recent indeed, but I like them
GS300: well said. Being 40, I can see perfectly what you mean, and I think I totally agree. Last edited by forgan; November 25th, 2008 at 01:43 PM.. |
