imcmagazine.com...completely down?

Hi, I want to ask, whats happened with this site. imcmagazine.com (International Magazine Collectors) is site with many magazine scans. Right now is completely shutdown.Someone else have problems with loading this site? Anyone know whats happened with this site? Thanks.

It was a fantastic resource.
A year ago [or so] they went to a vis a vis type of business model.
I don't know what happened to the forum since; but I am curious.

Moving servers or closed down

The waybackmachine still has it up as of 16/1/16
but the 5/2/16 pass appears to be dead

The few galleries i tried had the scans not opening in full
