I'm having some Waterloo Triple Blondes (8%), something i've been drinking plenty of times lately (i'm trying not to sound like an alcoholic)

Launched in 2015 (celebrating the 200 year anniversary of the battle of Waterloo) this is quite a good triple.
It claims to be of a traditional recipe from those times (but i don't know how true that is). If it is, i noticed i like those old recipes.

http://www.belgian-beer-tradition.com/en/index.php

From their site:

Waterloo Brouwery is proud to offer a representative range of the best traditional Belgian beers.
These 100% natural craft beers originated in one of the oldest breweries in Belgium, the “Brasserie du Marché” (Market Brewery) in Braine-L’Alleud (Waterloo), which was founded in 1456.
In 1815, the forces allied against Napoleon drank this beer, which was recognised for giving “Strength” and “Courage”, during the battle of Waterloo. Its triple-fermentation old-style brewing from delicately selected malts and hops gives this beer a powerful, spicy taste…To be drunk in moderation!

Sorry Mate, just can't handle Stout, don't think I've had any Stout in last 2 decades. I also remember when Coppers was laughed at by Victorians ...... Not anymore, at least not by me, bought some more of the Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale this arvo, I love it and will be getting it for BBQ's later this year, when it's hot ..... anyway, just cracked one open

I'm not a big beer drinker, but Bud Light's not a bad brew. A few years back, I did a medical screening job at the Budweiser brewery outside of Syracuse, NY. As a bonus, they gave each of us who did the job a fresh 12-pack. My sister didn't want hers, so she gave me her 12 pack. I used the last two bottles about a month or so back to parboil some bratwurst.

And always remember, the best beer in the world is free beer.

Last night a neighbor of mine took me out to dinner to a Mexican restaurant in a old rundown black/mexican neighborhood. We wanted wine with our dinner but they ran out of it, so we had cans of Tecate Mexican beer. The beer tasted good, but the way it was served was strange. The glasses that were provided had salt around the rim and one ounce of some reddish liquid at the bottom of the glass. I did not find out what that was.

I'm drinking a Carlsberg with some concentrated lime poured into it. Been using the Flymo turbo today for the grass.
