The face/skin has been 'shopped ("smoothed") a lot... so-much so that it's difficult to be sure whether she's really Indian. Suspect other bits as well--see her left side just at bottom of "bra"--something looks askew?

I agree that this particular photo looks off but there are others of her out there on a site with the animal name under the title "Wer ist Sie? Who is she?" and those look genuine to me. She never actually displays the goods but is in slips and various lingerie. IMHO, she looks like a dark skinned Czech, similar to Lenka (aka Svetlana) from the early 2000s but I don't think it is Lenka.
