Given the name and nature of the President and how I think he's likely to change the USA's name and that I get the impression that the US education system isn't quite as good as it could be and that there seem to be a constant number of emergencies there, it pains me to say this as it's a classic British tune but I think this tune is the correct candidate:

"Fanfare for the Common Man" by Aaron Copland is my choice. First, it has no words, so singers can't screw it up or overdramatize it. Second, it can only be properly played by a full orchestra, so it's resistant to being "jazzed up." Third and most important, it's a magnificent melody, uplifting and hopefully reminding us of the better sides of ourselves. This is a long version; there are shorter versions.
