On this snapshot first of all I only could identify Rudolf Rogers & Biggi aka Sybille Handt but I‘m afraid unknown to me are the man with the full beard on the left image border and the requested actress and so is the title of the movie.

Later - more or less by chance - I found the following movie called „Im 8. Monat schwanger“ (8 month pregnant now) by racy video and I think this could be the person you are looking for. In my opinion there are 3 very striking similarities :

- her haircut
- her small peaked tits
- her round belly (in your scene she is perhaps just in the first month of her pregnancy)

On the backside of the cover a short content-description can be found and her name is given with Pia and her husband is called Horst.

Unless anything else is known or presented I would say this is Pia.
