Comparing the requested cap with the IAFD head shot, the noses look close enough to be the same.
Hard to say much else about comparing those.
Nothing says no to me, but not much saying yes.

There is a thread for her at Planet Suzy.
Not many pictures, but 6 pages of clips and caps.
On page 4, post 36, there is a clip from Snow White TYL posted there with screen caps.
A split scene with a brunette her and her boy, and a blonde and her boy.
The brunette might be the girl in the requested cap. I can't tell.

Seems like AKAs should be in her thread, but there are none there so far.

I think it's Renata Rey Rubinski. This cast list provided isn't right. Red Julia's breast are a little bigger than that from what I can recall. Requested girl has a navel piercing and Renata has it. Some EGAFD images.
Anyway, too much time spent on a movie I've seen once ages ago.

I'm not saying it isn't, but I wonder why you think it's Renata.
Anything in particular on her thread we should look at?
I didn't see a match for the requested girl in that screen cap, on Renata's thread.

That cast list was posted 6 years ago.
IAFD may have updated something since then.

I am focused on the 'Snow White, Ten Years Later' clip because of the original poster said that's where it came from. (throw out the wild cards)

Speaking of spending too much time on it, I will download that clip and look at it (SWTYL).
