The photo in the original post is from "Man to Man Yearbook" Fall 1974.
They call her Libbie and 6 pages of photos.

Here it is claimed that Mr, 1974-03 included a model named Polly Namath. So: were there two models both called Polly in that same issue, or was the above model called Polly Namath, or... something else?

Connie from Sir | Veronica from LNE is clearly not the same model as above.

edit: again unseen but the name Libbie is listed on the cover, but not shown, in Man to Man, 1974-04, see here.

I have the following descriptions from the sellers. In the descrption for the "Mr" the seller calls Polly "Libbie Owens"

For the "Mr." March 1974:
66 pages
Models include Colleen Brennan (a.k.a. Sharon Kelly) 5 pages, cover model Candy Webb (5 pages), foldout model Libbie Owens a.k.a. Sammy Britton, Polly Dodge, etc. (7 pages).

I agree with you about "Connie from Sir | Veronica from LNE" is not Polly.

For the "Man to Man" Vol.24 #2 April 1974:
"Charity" Nudes Pictorial & Fold-Out Centerfold, Covergirl "Sue Winter" 37-25-36 Nudes & Fold-Out!, "Libbie".

For the "Man to Man Yearbook" Fall 1974:
CF Sue Winter 8p Libbie 6p Barbara 8p Shirley 4p

I believe both are the same Polly, I had seen Polly N and was aware of Polly D but had not seen her in print.
