Filejoker Captcha tests - Page 4

It's not so much the capcha/wait/slowDL which I might put up with if I really wanted the file,
but FJ has usually crashed for me during the download, unlike the other slow hosters, so I
just never bother with it at all.

Can confirm crashed FJ downloads - these ones release this process very interesting:

Some time ago DL a couple of files via download manager and see - after you DL ~ half of file DL process constantly interrupts, but resuming again. But if you DL via browser and DL crashed you need DL again & again (and wait & wait between downloads)...

Even jdownloader2 has a hard time against this demonic host. Twice now my jdownloader has restarted (not resuming) a file I'm downloading from filejoker.

I have to give them credit for their ingenious name: It is indeed a joke to download anything from them.

Exactly, we should all boycott jokefile, don't even bother attempting a download.
eg. Fileboom and nitroflare are crap, but at least you will get the file reliably.

Fileboom take a long time (TBH I've seen worse), but at least you can resume if the transfer cut for some reasons.

I now avoid Filejoker for downloads. However if I do try it then I opt for the "play sound" captcha where it seems that getting maybe one or two words correct is sufficient. OK if English is your native language as some of these can be difficult. You don't need to put in the spaces between the words.
But often Filejoker just states "your computer is sending automated responses" so I give up.
As posted above, these captchas are now being used on municipal and local government sites, where you are trying to pay a bill, in which case I use the sound option as it's less frustrating than endless road signs and shop-fronts.

I can't imagine why a cash poster would sign up to jokefile, as it is so unreliable for
their downloads they can't be getting much cash!

I downloaded a file from Filejoker yesterday and it worked fine. Rather slow download speed but the captcha worked. Cleaning up their business practice? Nah, I doubt that, I think I just got lucky but it does work once in a while.
