I just received an email out of the blue from filefactory telling me that my account has been deleted. I've had premium membership for several years, and was paid up through fall of 2018.
No explanation, but they are "sorry to see you go". Attempting to login to my account, I'm told that it is "pending deletion". No luck getting thru to customer support, so I sent them an email asking for an explanation.   email message and webpage Has anyone else had this problem?

The only thing thats showing up is their getting slower in paying their uploaders
We're talking in some cases 3-6 months behind just reading the wjunction thread They payout monthly - minimum of 100 dollars Thats never a good sign - might be culling material thats not active enough by using this which exists on all filehosts Repeat Infringers If a customer is violating the Company's DMCA Policy or any of the Terms & Conditions, they will be subject to immediate termination. - they'll take into account many different things not just download speeds Which seem to be the main way downloaders think along Better download speeds in one part of the world are a small start that could be written away by demand at the time You need to cover a lot more bases to prove their better all over - from region to region is huge for forums?
