No, the site is up. For me on a German IP, downloading is smooth and I never have had any issues of incomplete files.
The only thing they have changed is their policy for non- or free members; you need to wait 3 hours between each download. They apparently adapted that from their main competitor, namely "uploaded"... .

I've had some issues in the past like this. Happy to try and download and see if I can extract? Same with you mate, let me know the post and I'll have a look. FileFactory has been known to screw up files or report them as uploaded ok when they haven't really!

i've had two messages from my friend on another forum this morning if any of you have any ideas i'd appreciate it.
1 I just logged into my file factory site only to find out that all of my uploaded files are gone - the sheet still claims that I have uploaded 1.431 files containing 20.06 GB, but when I click on the field "my files" none of them are available. I tried to access the files using the links I have posted on --- and either the files do not load correctly or are stated as lost. no explanation is given and when I tried to access the support site even that is not possible. I will try later, but I have little hope that the files are going to mysteriously appear again. 2. I sent a mail to filefactory support stating my problem and got an email back stating that they had received my mail and staff were looking into it and getting back to me ... the mysterious thing is I can even no longer upload new files to filefactory - there are at least two different ways to do that and both do not work. I cannot create a new folder and when I click on "upload files" nothing happens. very strange at least download still works at premium account speed of 350 kb/s.
