I noticed the Model Directory mag above (V1#1) was also published as Marilyn Chamber's Model Directory - a Best of Club Special (#9)
Pretty much identical content inside, so the above shot was also in that magazine.

Since the picture of her in the blue striped dress is in a Best Of magazine, that meant they probably printed a bigger layout of this girl in an earlier issue.
So, I looked through what I could find of earlier Clubs, and she turned up in April 1978.
They called her Elizabeth.

I found a mag at Cream Cheese, but the page is now lost or at a different URL (4 scans).

Thanks to cerv3za for the lead on what mag it's in, and thanks to restoration201 and his friends for having the mag on that beautiful Cream Cheese website.)

I noticed the pictures in this MO are all different from the ones in my Club.
The MO layout has her out by the pool, with a flimsy white top, getting wet.
The Club layout has her outdoors in the blue striped dress, and indoors, in a different flimsy white top.
I was expecting to see similar pictures in both mags, which led me to think there might be another layout of her out by the pool in Club, and perhaps another layout in MO of her in the blue striped dress.
So, I checked the other Clubs and MOs, but didn't find any more of her.
Maybe I missed something.

The photographer on the layouts we do have is credited as Rupert Daines.
Perhaps both layouts are from the same photo session, but they split the session (by set and clothing) into the 2 different layouts.
Not sure if they did that, or why, but I've seen it done before.
I guess what really matters is both layouts are the same girl.

I found a layout in Stag magazine May 1979 calling this girl Samantha Rogers.
ID is in the 6th scan here.

So there's a solid ID, and it looks like the requested girl to me.
