I don't get off on this but here are some suggestions.

forbidden/naughty/taboo Children have to be told not to play with their body wastes - "it's dirty". Adults deliberately doing this is more taboo and exciting for some. Porn and its censorship might have led to more extreme 'proof shots' which push the limit. Japan has a fastidious hygiene culture so maybe this is more shocking there.

power domination and submission. I can understand this as far as games of surrendering moral responsibility. But I don't understand wanting to hurt someone or pissing their mouth.

I can only talk about my own experience - I was an only child who grew up almost entirely amongst males. I was mystified as a kid as to how girls and women peed. On holiday aged about 12 or 13 I watched my desperate auntie and female cousin hitch their summer dresses, pull down their knickers, squat, and let flow glittering splashing streams from between their thighs by the side of a tree in the woods on Alderley Edge (Cheshire, England).
