[MTC] Patricia Perkins - Unknown British Model

I first saw her in the October 1968 issue of Jaguar. She was in a British publication called 40rty Plus. She is listed as Patricia Perkins and Lorraine Cocker. Any help would be appreciated. :confused

Given such minimal info calling her a British model seems a shot in the dark. Based on? "40+Forty Plus" in the 60's was a mag by Selbee Associates published in NY. They did feature a lot of Brits, but also others. If someone says she's French, then what?
A good case/test for pondering ID here vs. putting photos in a model thread, name hardly matters, where someone in a larger audience may eventually contribute.
