JDownloader Tips & Tricks - Page 5

Subscribed to this as I'm having the same problem.

Emailed them and they said its my firewall or anti virus. It's not as I have run several files with both disabled. Same thing happens to me in Firefox

I just DL'd it using the Filefactory link using JDownloader, worked fine. NB: I have FF premium.

First thing to try when you have these kinds of problems in JD is to reduce your "Max Chunks per Download" number to 2 or 3 -- this is in >Settings>General of JD.

Bah.... thanks for the tip, but no joy I'm afraid. My "Max Chunks" was set at 1, so I tried it at 2 and then 3, but same result sadly. I've given up and grabbed the lower res version off k2s, so no biggie.

I'm starting to have other FF problems though: for instance, every time I even click the link for http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/t15...onde-1989.html I get an error message about server loads being too high, and how I won't have a problem if I upgrade to premium (although other FF links work just fine....

)

I think FF is just having a bit of a push to get some cash out of me, so I don't think this was actually anything to do with JDownloader.

I downloaded jdownloader2, but I can't figure out how to use it to download videos. How do I do that?
