I have a second monitor in portrait orientation for tools, dock and various widgets on the left, that slowly revolves every image in my downloads folder as the wallpaper. I then keep my main screen (in landscape orientation) clear for work and browsing which I manually change about once a week.

I have a number of these types of pics...
Usually of 3 or more (cute) girls, all set into a slideshow which changes every couple of minutes. Never know who's going to be on screen next. Also have slideshows of Marilyn Monroe & Nicole Kidman as backups. Then sometimes I add something of my own design...
