The image filename conforms to a pattern widely used on the (old) Cream Cheese site, but increasingly superseded on the new site. At a guess I'd say the pic. was from the mid/late-1970s, perhaps CIUK or Men Only. /shrug/

edit: Men Only 39-05, 1974-05, from the set titled "Lanzarote", see here.

Unfortunately effie's link is to the now defunct Creamcheese site. However, ripchord has previously posted the set in the Men Only thread. Some of the images are missing so I've re-hosted the ones that are left. She was also on the cover but I can't help with the ID.
